Fees and Availability

Self Pay:

Initial 60 minute Assessment- $100

Standard 45 minute session- $75

Extended 60 minute session- $100

Intervention Services- $100/hr including travel (3 hour minimum)

Supervision- $75/hr

All fees must be collected before time of service. I currently do not offer a sliding fee scale and there are no refunds on services rendered. I price competitively to provide equal, quality service to all income levels.

United Healthcare

Any PPO policy

Co-pays are due at the time of service. All balances after insurance reimbursement are due in full at the next appointment. I can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) with appropriate billing codes which can be used to submit a claim to your healthcare savings account, however, I cannot guarantee they will reimburse you.
